Materials Structure

To confirm mechanical properties, material models, we define, plan and evaluate material analysis performed at some accredited lab.

We have vast experience with non-destructive techniques such as X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy. In cooperation with some accredited lab we define relevant studies of destructive tests such as hardness-, tensile- or pin-on-disk tests.

Product quality optimization: Evaluation of the micro-structure of friction- and wear surfaces produced during CNC-turning or other machining techniques.

Improvement of mechanical material models used in finite element and other simulation analysis techniques

Using scientific method, relevant standards and scientific papers, we contribute effectively in projects that increases production yield and quality.

We improve your inorganic chemical processes. For example, halogen reduction chemistry using salts, reaction under inert gases- pyrolysis, moist- and oxygen sensitive processes.
